Double Olympic Gold medalist to open Selby's new leisure centre

Rebecca Adlington will visit Selby on Saturday March 27th for a grand opening of the new Selby Leisure Centre. Whilst in the town Rebecca will host special swimming lessons for young swimmers during the day. Her role in the opening will also include the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. Rebecca Adlington rose to fame after winning two Olympic gold medals, she also starred in I'm a celebrity get me out here. She will also be joined by Selby Town Mayor, Labours Rosie Corrigan.

The Leisure centre will open a week prior to the 27th of March for everyone. 

James Massam of Profiles gym Selby told us that he expects people from miles around Selby to travel into the town as the facilities will be state of the art unlike non ever seen in the town before. The gym will have everything to offer the community and more, it will be a social hub and meeting place for everyone across Selby. We are also delighted to offer affordable gym memberships to the community,

Membership prices are as follows

Peak: £30 a month

Off peak: £25 a month

Peak membership gives you access to all leisure centre facilities whenever we're open and whenever spaces are available. Off peak membership lets you use all our facilities between 6.30am and 4pm weekdays, and anytime weekends.
