selby.jpg

Yellow weather warnings have being issued for North Yorkshire for Monday and Tuesday of next week. Snow, sleet, hall and ice will probably play a factor in the downturn of weather early next week. This is due to an area of low pressure passing across Yorkshire which will eventually move further up North in to Scotland.

Monday:
it will be a cold and windy day with sunny spells. Scattered wintry showers will bring a mix or rain sleet and snow across the region, with a risk of hail also. Temperatures will be low with a maximum of only 5C.

Tuesday
Tuesday will be cold and windy with further wintry showers.

Wednesday

It will be a frosty start for many as the clear night sky from tuesday leaves a heavy frost, Rain is also expected

Thursday

It will be windy and rain is also expected, it may brighten up later in the day.
